Ideal for riders looking to delve deeper or explore different aspects of their training within a single session. Allows time to analyze, correct, and solidify skills. Includes coaching guidance, position analysis, video recording as needed, and targeted exercises. May include the use of tools such as weights, balls, or resistance bands to refine the training and maximize progress.
