Allows for in-depth work on position, stability, and the use of aids. Suitable for flatwork in all disciplines, dressage, or jumping. Includes coaching, position analysis, video recording as needed, and targeted exercises. May include the use of tools such as weights, balls, or resistance bands to improve feel, coordination, and body awareness. Injury prevention for both horse and rider is central to our practice.
Cancellation Policy
To reschedule or cancel a session, please do so at least 48 hours in advance by emailing simequest@outlook.com. Classes cancelled within 24 hours will be charged. Thank you for your understanding.
